I’m loosing rune stones and potions in chambers 8 and higher with server error messages . Shows empty chamber- unable to reenter until I restart again. Loosing all progress and my potions, spell energy and runestones are lost as well.

Tap on the "Get Support" option in the in-app settings > Help/ Legal
Tap on the "Conversation" icon (top-right corner)
Briefly describe your concern. Information about the approximate time when you encountered the issue can help us
If any articles are shown, select "I still need help" option
You will be given a list of categories to choose from. Select "Gameplay Question"
A message that starts with "I'll send you over to someone who can help!" should show up for you. If you experience any trouble during this process, please let me know. Good day!

Do not touch the error message. Just close the app from the tap, above on the right. Then start the app again and you'll be redirected to the chamber.
