Problems in Tower and not getting books for the completion of challenge

At about 2:17 PM EST I was in a wizard challenge and had a phone call come in and block me from going into the tower to fight so I lost a runestone. Will you please replace my brilliant room Stone for the Circus Brilliant Advent. It was like I got frozen out of the tower chamber. I went back and looked at my books for the tower challenges and I did not get my books for completing the challenge. Can you please give me the books I should have gotten. I spent about 3 hours in the tower today so far, from around 12 noon to 3 pm. EST.

Sadly, since the Runestone was consumed and not lost due to an error, we won't be able to revert it to your account, and I took a closer look to verify this. You've received 5 Challenge XP and 50 Wizarding XP after the timer ran out. On the plus, the event is still active, and you can earn more Runestones by returning the Brilliant Foundables!
Secondly, I looked for the rewards (five Restricted Section Books) you should receive for completing the fourth set of Special Assignments, and these are added to your account.
