Better indication of moderation-delayed posts
Right now, I can frequently get a message that my post is being delayed until approved by a moderator.
But, there's no list of which posts are currently "in delay", there's no idea when they are posted, or if, or no apparent reason shown if not posted. And eventually I forget about the delayed posts / have no idea what's going on, and the conversation can be lost off the current page.
Basically, ideas for how to improve this forum:
1 - If you have to have this "Post delayed until moderator approves", then give us a list of delayed posts. Just like a list of drafts, etc.
2 - Some indication of how large the delayed post queue is, and an estimation of how long until approved/denied.
3 - When a post does finally get approved, it probably should go at the end of the thread. If it went back where it was first entered, anyone "up to date" in the thread won't see it.

Addition: Today, I had a "Post held for moderation" for a new topic. So,
4 - When a new thread is held, it also needs feedback / queue indications, as well as when it does finally post, a "current" timestamp so it shows at the top of the forum.
