When I enter a fortress it shows I'm level 13 Auror, which I am a level 15 Auror. Is this an error?

The group I play with have the same issue where it isn't showing their profession level correctly. We have pondered different reasons why but our thought wasn't correct. We thought maybe the highest chamber we had completed, however we tested that and did a Dark V and still showed the lower profession level. I have attached some screen shots to see if you could help. I am using a Note 10+ Android Version 10
