Maybe this was the punishment for I've reported a crash few days ago when opened a portkey, wanted to collect the items, but this app crashed and lost also the items such as the portkey.

I'm sorry to hear that you had issues with distance tracking. Could you tell us a bit more what exactly was going on?
Did you use Adventure-Sync and/or a fitness tracker like FitBit?
Did you have the app in the foreground or the background - did the screen lock while you walked?
How fast did you move, walking / cycling / driving in a car?
What version of the App did you use?
What phone do you have and what operating system, Android or iOS? (also, which version?)
