iPad fails to Adventure Sync

”iPads will have an infinite load when attempting to turn Adventure Sync on”

In plain English does this really mean?: In settings, if no iPad can toggle the Adventure Sync setting ON,

if so why not say so? If it means something else, please explain clearly.
