Unable to Log into this Community from Mobile

While trying to report the previous problem, I attempted to report it from the app. I was unsuccessful at logging in, however, so I was unable to report that I could not log in. Works fine from my desktop though. My moile is a new Pixel 4 XL, just activated yesterday. Other features that use my Google acct seem to work fine.

    @RedHawk76 Can you try clearing the cache on your phone browser to see if that helps?

    I have problem logging into ac with iPhone 11, I have to clear my data history in Safari, uninstall app and reinstall app so many times. Now it's not working even though I have done everything suggested by support. This keeps on happening whenever I am going out and use my 4G data instead of home WiFi. Please don't blame my network as it's the best network company I am using. I never had problem until the last few weeks, enough is enough! I have to bring two phone's out, my old iPhone 7 and iPhone 11 whenever I go out. I may have to quit the game if my log in problem keeps occurring and it can't be fixed by support

    I have cleared the cache on browser and still it doesn't work, I can't even open HP app from App Store until I turn off my phone. How many more times I have to do all these in the next few days?? Clear cache, uninstall, reinstall, turn off my phone, start all over and over again...
