Story consistency and "All in One"
In the background for assignment "All in One", we are told that an oddity is both confoundable and foundable in one, and the concern of "imagine if a muggle found one" was raised.
These are things that could attack muggles. This would be hard to explain away.
At first glance, this seems to imply that any oddity, no matter how easy to defeat, is a serious threat to the secrecy.
Serious threats go with hard to return/defeat confoundables according to earlier story.
So, how is it possible for an "easy" oddity, like a doxy, common pixie, or leprechaun, all of which can attack and harm muggles in a hard-to-explain way, to count as low threats to the secrecy?
