Idea for future potion-based community days: Reduce the grow times of 7 hour plants to 4 hours starting at 6 am.

The intent is simple: Allow you to grow the plants you need on the day of the event.

This is specifically for things like this most recent "Brew these potions!", being able to grow the ingredients we'd need for those potions.
