Registry page fragment info ??

Is there like in this pic (not mine btw) that shows where the fragments for each registry page are obtained? I am curious if something is rare or if I am just not looking in correct place or need to focus more on portkeys or certain fortresses/runes etc. Thx for any assistance!

You can always look up orange wizard on Google or Instagram for the rest of his images (he created the one you posted). He tends to post items like that for every event as well as for each family foundable.
