"MASTERFEL!" messages in one encounter with a Foundable

In one encounter with a Foundable, when I cast a spell with "Masterful" quality (speed/accuracy) multiple times, the "MASTERFEL!" message is not shown for the second and the after. (It's shown only for the first "Masterful" spell.) In the next encounter, "MASTERFUL!" message is shown again (only for the first time, again).
