    Hi @MysticalMabel @Derperus @Samaelus81, welcome to the Community! I've attempted a fix on both the accounts. Force-close the app (clear app from background), clear the app cache, and try again. Let me know how it goes!

    I have restarted the app, restartet the phone, reinstalled the app, but nothing happened. I have a iphone.

    I have this exact same problem too. I can interact with the Vault, but the map is completely unresponsive, I get the same error message about being in a chamber when I try to change professions, and uninstalling/restarting my phone does nothing.


    My avatar also does that weird arms out thing. Can this be fixed in time for Community Day? Thanks!

    @HPWUblue We are experiencing this on ios.

    Have submitted bug report on the affected account.

    Have deleted and reinstalled the client app

    The instructions above seem like android specific

    Are there instructions for ios?

    I have also had this problem for the last two months! I tried emailing the support email but haven’t heard anything. It makes me feel better knowing that I’m not the only one experiencing this!

    Follow these steps to clear the app cache on iOS devices:

    1. Go to Settings and then select General
    2. Tap on iPhone Storage
    3. Select the App from the list
    4. Tap on ‘Offload App’ to empty cache

    Let me know how it goes!
