Ever since yesterday (hours before I even considered updating my phone), my map is completely unresponsive. My character is sitting there with his arms spread but I cannot tap on it or click on ingredients or traces. I can click on my menu buttons and brew potions and see my portkeys and tasks. I have since updated my phone and also updated the app to the new one. I’ve also force closed the app and restarted my phone several times

I think I’m having the same issue. I was kicked out of a Fortress battle and now I can’t interact with the map - nothing happens when I click, and my Avatar is in a T pose. When I take the Knight Bus to the fortress, I see the list of chambers but can’t enter any or scroll or even exit via the X.
also, when I tried to complete a profession lesson, I got the message “Cannot modify Profession during Wizarding Challenges”. Presumably the game still thinks I’m in the challenge I was booted out of.

Same problem here. I can't click anything on map. Can go on knight bus but not enter any wizarding challenge.

I have this problem now. My witch is in a t-pose, and when I enter the fortress I can’t choose a chamber. I can’t open foundables or zoom in or out.

I am having this exact same issue. Stuck in a T-pose and unable to interact with anything in the game world IE: Foundables, portkeys and ingredients/energy. Attempts to access the knight bus lead to black screen or freezing at room selection. I’ve uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled and redownloaded the essential assets. I’m still able to access all side functions including character, rewards, training, send/receive gifts and potions. But I’m unable to play the game itself. This had completely ended my ability to play the game for the bulk of the recent event.

When I enter the game, my character is frozen in a T position. I cannot click on a trace, collect any items, or rotate the screen. I also can't start a challenge in a fortress. If this is not fixed, I will not be able to complete the event. My game is unplayable.
Had the same issue in the past and @HPWUblue helped me. I’m also experiencing the same issue again.
I have the same issue since yesterday. I've sent a report via the ingame support chat but no response so far. Unfortunately i haven't finished my event tasks yet :(
