I also get 'An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again.' when I try to cast a Trace Charm and 'Unable to connect to server. Please try again later.' when I try to learn an SOS lesson or switch professions.
Hi! Have a problem with the game. Can't play because my avatar just stands there with her arms out, can't touch foundables or ingredients. Can go into menus, friends, and so on. But in a fortress I can't choose chamber or scroll down at all.

my game appears frozen after trying to exit from a Knight Bus challenge.
when i launch the game, i cannot interact with anything in the overworld (foundables, spell energy, ingredients, etc.). however, i can interact with the all the friends, profile, suitcase, tasks, and weather screens. if i hit the Knight Bus button, it takes me to the KB chamber selection screen, but then freezes there as well. i can see the numbers changing on visible chambers, but i cannot scroll, tep, or exit out of the screen. this behavior is similar to a bug posted earlier on a locked thread that @HPWUblue handled with some account-related fixes:
this behavior started when i was in a waiting room of a chamber in the Knight Bus and hit the "X" to leave the chamber prior to entering the battle. the game prompted me to make sure i wanted to leave; i confirmed, and then the game froze. i had to restart the app. upon restarting the app, i became stuck in the current situation.
i've tried the usual -- uninstall/reinstall, reboot the phone, etc. -- to no avail. i've attached a couple of screenshots showing the current situation where my player avatar has hit arms open wide.
@HPWUblue@HPWUrobert@hpwulola is there some sort of fix that needs to get applied on my account to get out of this stuck situation?
I am also stuck in the T-pose, have uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted phone...like the others, got stuck in a battle, continued to play on after I got kicked out of the fortress, then logged off. When I logged back in, I was stuck.

I am having the exact same issue. Got stuck in T-pose after I entered the knight bus, and nothing happened.
I tried force-stopping the app, reinstalling the app, and reboot the phone, but with no luck
UPDATE
By using the field charms, I get a network error, is still stuck in T-pose, but are now able to move the camera around and interact with the map, until I capture foundable.
Hey @Pugpaws! This could happen if you were forcibly exited from a Wizarding Challenge. I've merged your thread with a similar bug report for visibility and attempted a fix on your account. Can you please try again and let me know how it goes?

This issue started for me around 2pm EDT 9/16. I've uninstalled/installed, cleared cache and logged out/in. If someone could check on this, that would be great. When I try to update SOS training, i get the message "Profession Lesson Selection - Cannot modify Profession during Wizarding Challenge." so it seems the game thinks I've been in a challenge for the past 12 hours

I'm stuck in the T-pose, too. Also, the Knight Bus logo has gone missing from my screen. Does anyone know what can fix this?

@Thersley Sometimes an account gets locked like yours now. Happened to me once, too.
The @HPWUTeam has to apply a fix to your account. Then you should be able to play again.
Yes I just tried to report this issue too. It’s like the map is frozen but not the buttons. Please fix mine too!!!

I have deleted the ap and reloaded nothing seems to work

For About 14 days ago I got stuck in a chamber.
Everytime I try to enter the game it starts up in this chamber Saying that I cant join it.
When I leave the chamber I come to my map, but my figure is stuck. I cant push any "buttons", figures aso.
I have tried to reinstale the game four times, but the game still starts up in the chamber with the same massage.
It says I’m in a Fortress When I go into the lessons area
