I was starting Dark Chamber 5 with a team of 5 and a Hogwarts runestone level 2... the timer wound to 0 and hung, and I am now locked out, cycling the startup sequence over and over, then gettint the error: connection lost, please check your WiFi.
Mine was locked for the same thing earlier, and within minutes after it being fixed, I'm locked out again. Avoid the knight bus if it gets fixed for you, or you're likely to lose high level runestones like i did and get locked out again.
Unless they fix this before the event is over i won't be able to complete the tasks. KB is my only way to do fortress battles unfortunately so I was hoping to get them out of the way so I wouldn't have to worry about being locked out again. Joke's on me though.

I can't interact with items on the map. Menus work, but I can't adjust skills "during a challenge". I have also tried everything - forced close, cleared cache, rebooted and reinstalled the app, but nothing helps.
Hi fellow T-Posers, I discovered that if you click the "+" charm button on the right bottom you can then click on cofoundables and collect fragments, you can also turn the inn disks and colect energy. You cannot however access fortresses nor learn SOS lessons.
Just sharing my game experience while waiting for a fix, hope this helps a little bit.
It seems to be working for me, thank you very much. Would you say it's safe to do fortress battles right now ? Because it all started for me after a fortress battle and I know there is another connectivity issue caused by fortress battles right now. Thanks again @HPWUblue

I’m having the same issue. Haven’t been able to play or collect bonuses all weekend. So much for the weekend special assignment.

My dad has the same issues: T-pose, unable to click on map, etc. As Enigmad3m says, the problem can be partially alleviated by opening the charm menu.
My dad is neither technically gifted or writes English well, so I'm hoping I can fix it for him. His username is BwanaMkali.

So the knight bus button has just disappeared and I wonder where it went and will it be gone for long:)
