Hard crash this morning in wizarding challenge

The server glitched while I was doing a wizarding challenge (at about 11:00 EST). I was about half way through level one of the dark chamber, the screen blanked, and said something about the server but it went back to the chamber before I could read the full messagend. When the main chamber came back up there were no mobs and distorted icons (numbers and question marks). I had to reset the game, but failed to take a screenshot... Sorry


For the record, I lost 5 invigoration draughts, 3 potent exstimulo potions, over a dozen energy, and an oddity 2 rune. That's a lot of time and work down the tubes...

    @Acumen posted this a while ago. It worked for me (I got the potions & runestone refunded but not the spell energy).

    Follow these instructions for help. 

    • Tap your suitcase, then hit the settings icon at the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
    • Tap the Help/Legal tab at the lower right-hand portion of the settings screen.
    • Tap Get Support, then tap Contact Us at the upper right-hand corner.
    • Tap New Conversation.
    • When asked why you're contacting support, type Fortress crash.
    • When shown the list of help articles, select No, I need to talk to someone.
    • When shown the list of categories, select Other.
    • You will then get the message "I'll send you over to someone who can help...In the meantime, please write a detailed description of the issue."
    • Provide any relevant details like date, time, fortress level, runestone used, potions used, etc. 
    • Politely request a refund of any lost resources. 
    • Be honest. If your claim can't be matched to player activity logs, they can't help you. 
    • Players generally receive a response and refund of lost runestones and/or potions within a few hours.
