Unable to do wizards challenge

I have been playing the game for a few months. I have not been able to do wizard challenges for the past 3 months. The game quits when I enter a fortress. It never worked that well when I first started. I play on an iphone and have the latest OS. I have downloaded all assets. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. any tips?

    Look through the posts in the Report a Bug section. There are a few issues going on with the fortress, so you’ll need to find the one that’s similar to your issue and post there.

    I have a friend experiencing a very similar problem, on a very similar phone setup. What iPhone model are you using, @Numidicus ?


    Whenever my friend tries to start a Wizarding Challenge, they can select a room and a runestone, at which point the game freezes and has to be restarted. They've waited 5+ minutes to see if it was just the delay reported by others. Is this similar to the behaviour you're seeing?

    I am using an iphone 6S. the game quits and restarts. sounds a bit different than the issue your friend had.

    I thought I would try with the magicbus and strong wifi connection. Just the same. Unable to do wizard challenge. I get the "An error occurred with this wireless network". the game seems flawed. Not had any problems with Pokemon Go
