Unable to find the Wrackspurts in the Hogwarts Express Portkey

I have four portkeys in my vault that have no Wrackspurts to collect. The portkeys are all unlocked. I am able to use each. Once placed in the ground and I enter the train compartment (same compartment for all four), there are no Wrackspurts to collect. After exiting the portkey it just turns to my vault.

Yes.
On the train Wrackspurts pass by the window, on the outside - moving.
How on Earth do you still have those portkeys?!
@MrSciGuy I'm wondering if it's come back. The update brought back previous locations, so maybe the Hogwarts Express is one of them.
@Dogoutlaw good point, I forgot they brought back some of the older ones. Curious if this was one.
I loved the Hogwarts Express! It was baffling at first to figure out and I too am wondering how you still have those portkeys, but excited if it means the Express is back. 😊🎉
