Darkest of Times Rune Stone

I’m not receiving Foundable fragments for the special event when I successfully complete Fortress battles with the darkest of times rune stone. This happened both during the event and after the event. I’ve tried restarting the app during and after the event with no change. Is this a bug? The Brain Elixir also didn’t last for an hour like it was supposed to (it only lasted the normal 30 minutes) during the event.
