No credit for foundables

So I know I have returned a few unicorns.....
But when I returned one the other day, I noticed the blue page (telling me how much xp and whatnot I got) didnt appear after returning the foundable. I did return it, it did NOT disappear. So I looked at the page, and sure enough, the unicorn has color but says 0/11

Hm, that is indeed strange. It does sound like a bug.
@HPWUrobert could this post be moved and looked into?
Could they have been baby unicorns by any chance?
@Katann13 when you captured the unicorn were you moving in a car? Or sitting still some where?
That’s happened to me once or twice. One of those fun generic network errors that occur now and then while engaging a confoundable or trying to pick up an ingredient. Usually a clear error is displayed to alert me that something went wrong. A couple times though, I experienced the same thing you’ve described.
One such occasion was Albus Dumbledore. I have yet to successfully obtain a single Dumbledore fragment, and I’ve been playing since the game went live. I did have one encounter, and the trace appeared to succeed, but I was returned to the map instead of seeing the reward summary. Now, in my registry, he’s slightly colored in and displayed by name instead of “unknown foundable”, but there’s no data displayed for “seen” or “fragments”, like the encounter never happened. Haven’t seen him again since. 🤷🏻♂️
Well said as always @Acumen !!! I think this has probably happened to every player of HPWU at one time or another. I am so sorry Acumen this happened to you with Dumbledore as he is so rare. I am at 2/11 of him and I believe I got both of those fragments from portkeys.
