Portkey Issues

Is anyone else having problems opening portkeys?
I am getting an error message: “Connection lost. Check your WiFi or mobile data.”
It would be nice to be able to open and clear these to finish up the Bonus assignment for this Brilliant event.

I'm having issues opening my portkeys also. After I click on it, it says data or wifi lost and goes back to map. I have a new android phone, and I'm standing over my router. I lost 3 or 4 portkeys and my buffalo potion.
@Yulemelissa exactly. Used a Baruffio’s brain elixir, wasted it. Can’t open the 6 portkeys I currently have.

For future reference, if you're experiencing what may be a bug, check the report a bug section first. Others may be reporting the same issue there, and that way you can follow for updates.
