New Challenge

Just thought I’d share… It looks like in order to get the acroMantua for the new challenge, you have to go into a fortress. Go into a level two area, and use one of the purple stones you earned from acquiring the challenge foundables.

    I thought they drop randomly... Is not that the case?

    I got the brilliant snargaluff inside a 7km portkey, are these meant to be specific to one kind of portkey (i.e. 7 km ones) too?

    I am confused.

    Tomorrow I'll try this trick for the acromantua... Thanks for sharing!

    I opened 5km portkeys and didn't get one, so I believe that it only works on the 7km ones.

    Its random in the fortress as well. You just have to play multiple times. I got two in a row playing different levels and then nothing. after that.

    The baby acromantula is from wizard challenges (fortresses) with an Event Runestone. The Snargaluff is from Brillant portkeys. The Lizard thing is from completing level 4 of the Brilliant Event Assignments.

    i haven't been able to find anything other than the unicorn or hippogriff. hopefully this works!

    Yes, do low enough fortress levels that you're sure you can complete and you will probably get the acromantula fragment. You only need three and there are plenty of runestones on offer so just keep trying until you have them.

    Likewise for the snargaluff you aren't guaranteed to get a fragment for every 7km portkey but it's a pretty good chancec so load up those silver keys you've been hoarding and it should drop out pretty quickly. If you've burned all your silver keys then you're just going to have to walk a lot further. Save up the portkeys when they're unlocked to do a few at a time and use a potion to get double XP for them.

    Do a level 1 fortress with a level 1 fantastic rune (so it's as easy as possible..and depending on your level you may not even need to use potions for healing or power). It's random but 3 out of 4 times I got the acroMantula. I think the other 2 are from the 7km portkeys.
