i was just wondering if there will ever be a time where we can get the stickers for past events still?Now im not after the xp or the books etc im just after the stickers so that one day in the very distant future i will still be able to 100% my pages.
Everyone that was at the events got the restricted books as an exclusive item for being at the event so i dont see why we shouldnt be able to get the stickers again.
I have a day one account and missed out on completing several brilliant events by pure stupidity and i would hate to miss out on completing my registry because of this, and not to mention any new players never being able to 100% their books would be a negative for me personally.

I get that finishing tasks during the event should be the only way to receive the rewards, but there are a few stickers that I was unable to get (mostly from portkeys) that I really wish I could complete. Sometimes I just can't get all that walking in.
Yes please... Especially dragons one... I missed first few of events, so it would be nice if we could "repeat" them. Perhaps weekends events, once a month (or every 2 months), repeating old events... While I was there for some events, I didn't manage to get all the things for them, so I have pages half filled...
agreed, id like to complete my pages as well, one event i missed because i didnt even play back then and the other i missed part of, because i just started playing. even without any rewards, just to complete the collection
Spend surplus scrolls to attend "history classes", where you have a chance to "practice" / "demonstrate what you've learned" / whatever-justification-you-want to fill in the old event accomplishments.
I figure all Events will return at the same time of year each year. It makes zero sense for Niantic to not recycle the event with maybe slightly different dialogue boxes.
The Brilliant Tasks might change, but The Registries won’t. That way players that started playing after an Event has happened will still have a chance to fill their Registry. Players that have already completed it might be able to Prestige their page and tackle the Brilliant Event with a fresh page.
We can see all the Event pages in our Registry with their unique Brilliant Icon. They’ll be back.
If it gets to August and Brilliant Fauna and Flora hasn’t returned, that’s when you start to get concerned.
Repeat the event as is (tasks, rewards, registry fragments & pages)
Repeat the event without the rewards, but be able to complete the registry pages. (This would calm down some angry players who doesn't want to see newcomers completing the old tasks.
"Continue" an event. It's happening again, but completed tasks can't be completed again, rewards can't be claimed again,...
What we need to understand, that events are and must be global. Unfortunately, it is not possible to roll out an event for a subset of the players.
Furthermore, I'd let the community decide if they want an event back. Just like participating in growing a plant, in the inns/greenhouses/fortresses players could donate X amount of scrolls and cast a spell for Y energy and the spell goes into a pool. 1-2-5 million scrolls would bring back an event. This would give us
a new spell
usage of the thousands of spare scrolls
a clear view if people want to bring back an event or not
The idea needs some refinement, e.g. what if the pool doesn't fill. Would people get back their spent resources? Would there be a time limit to fill the pool?
