Hi all, please review this post before submitting bug reports!

Players can submit detailed bug reports, comment and add to others reports, or upvote reports to indicate they are experiencing a similar issue. Moderators will respond to bug reports by changing their status. Here's a list of statuses and what they mean:

  • New - Default status for all bug reports
  • Investigating - We've escalated this bug to the dev team for more info or further investigation
  • Working On A Fix - We've confirmed a bug and are working towards a fix
  • Working As Intended - The issue described is not a bug
  • Won't Fix - The bug is minor and is not necessary to fix
  • Can't Reproduce - Unable to reproduce; OP has not provided enough information to reproduce the error
  • Duplicate - Threads with this status are duplicates and a bug thread with similar information has more comments and/or votes already exists
  • Ongoing - An issue that is resolvable with a manual fix
  • Resolved

Confirmed Known Issues will be associated with the Known Issues tag and be assigned one of the following statuses:

  • Working on A Fix
  • Won't Fix
  • Ongoing
  • Resolved

Quick Notes
  • Browse the Report a Bug section or check if a similar issue was previously reported
  • Upvote or comment on other posts to let us know that you've experienced the same issue
  • Submit bugs individually to keep discussions on topic
  • Follow-up, we may ask additional questions about your bug report

How to write a bug report

Summarize the issue

Your bug report title should be specific and clearly describes the problem

Describe the issue

A good bug report will tell us both what the bug is and how it occurred. Be sure to provide specific details like device information or the OS version to help our team understand which users are at risk

Add visual information

Attach screenshots or videos that will help us reproduce the issue and provide context to your bug report

Use Tags

Tags will help further sort and filter reports for us and other players browsing the bug report section



Rewards Screen shows that I have enough XP to level up, but this not the case


After returning a Foundable, the rewards screen shows that I have enough Wizarding XP to reach the next level; however, I have not received level-up rewards and my Wizard level stays the same.
