Fast leveling!

There aren’t two different ways to level up quickly in WU. Both take advantage of Baruffio’s Brain Elixer, so pop one one and pick your poison!
The most reliable method is to take on Lv.1 Ruins Chambers. You can take advantage of this method any time of the day and rack up 500xp every 90 seconds. Taking on higher levels don’t add much xp, but do take much more time. Even Tower chambers only give 600 cup with Baruffio’s but take almost 5 minutes to complete.
The other method, though, is the one I prefer. At 5:30 to 7:15am or so, and then again at 6:30 to around 8:15pm, oddities spawn very frequently. Many of these spawns are Horned Serpents which are Emergency level Confoundables and give you 1000xp each. Over 2 hours you can very easily grind out 80,000xp+. I made it to Lv. 25 by day 3 doing just this!

As for Lv.1 Ruins Chambers, I suggest to level up "Power" to let you **** those monster in 2 spell rather than 3 in the beginning

The oddities method would be nice, but the uptick in spawn rate must not be global. Definitely doesn’t happen in my area and I’ve only encountered one hard oddity since launch.
Method one works well though, especially if you open portkeys while your brain elixir is active.
I made it to Lv. 25 by day 3 doing just this!

I think player should find some good places where they spawn often. IMHO oddities spawn more often to a location without a flag . And this is a very situational guide. I often walk at night, almost every day but caught only 14 snakes (i'm lvl 26)
BTW my leveling method: find local community, find place with 3+ Inns in 20-30 meters and place 3*dark detectors on each Inn. But that works only in big cities with lots of players. With Baruffo u can farm about 120k exp per day :D
@Rejuvenile it happens every day, twice a day, like clockwork in my small town at those specific times. I’m in CST time zone, so it may be that WU isn’t on local time like PoGO. Experiment with different times of day and you will figure out when the Oddities have an uptick in your area
Found Leprechauns at Sunset today, one hit and done. Very easy to rack up in XP and saving on spell energy.
@Nikas I haven’t played much since D3 (got sidetracked with other stuff), but I’ve gotten 207 Horned Serpents. You’re right right about flagged areas. I’ve never encountered one in a flagged area, mostly apartments and neighborhoods
I walked this evening and noticed many more oddities than I see on my mid morning walks, so you may be right about that.
Your method is very useful, but collecting more individual confoundables in early-game will be good for the future and prestige thing. so maybe your method isn't that good.
I've been to different areas in my community in dusk and dawn and have not encountered any horned Serpents. I see there are many people in southern California with the same problem. I have seen polls done through Twitter that suggest the west coast has a much smaller (if not zero) chance to spawns them. If you are in this area, you are not alone. I'm envious of the XP boost everyone else gets with these Horned Serpents.
Where are you finding these stronger oddities? I have been looking for them for the last 3 days since I saw the video Only1Link posted on Youtube and haven't found anything tougher than a vampire or erkling. I have checked parks, parking lots, downtown Denver and the middle no where
@ArtfulAngler yeah he got that from my channel. They only appear at the times I listed and you’ll find them mostly at apartments, businesses like Walmart, and in neighborhoods, but they’re all over the place.
@Zakhi prestiging doesn’t give you xo and raise your player level. It only assraises your Experience in that class
I've found a parking lot where up to 6 snakes have spawned in the 5 minutes i passed through it. That said, 5 minutes 24 hours later netted only 1 snake. I'm also CST and estimated the evening time to be 630 to 830 or so, possibly keying off current sunset time... then the vampires and irklings become more common..... the doxy's are only out early possibly 6am to 7am or so....
@ArtfulAngler I’m in the Denver area too and have had no luck replicating the success of the people in the central time zone
@melooney exactly. Doxies accompany them in the mornings and a bit of Leprechauns and Centaurs. Serpents are not always clustered to the exact same location but they are always out en masse
@Rejuvenile try it an hour earlier. It may happen at local time or possibly a global increase at the same moment. I haven’t tried WU out of my time zone yet and don’t have the answer to thatone.

I sadly don't think I've seen a single horned serpent. Spawns, even with detectors, max at maybe 10-15k per brain. Sometimes I get as low as 5k per brain while walking in a downtown area that has really good spawns for PoGo. I'm at level 23 and am the highest level in my city. The spawns here don't seem to be as great as I hear other people saying. :(
@HarryPinus thanks for the info. I have tried those times and not one. I will focus on unflagged general spawn areas but don't think they spawn in Denver like they do in the central time zone.
@Flailed i have definitely noticed the spawn clusters are not in the same places they are in PokemonGo. You have to learn the best spots for the new game
@ArtfulAngler I've been all over. We have 60+ gyms around and I know where every one is and where all of the stops are. Spawns just suck here in general. Several of the areas are not safe during night time as well.

Careful using runes in low level chambers to level up if you're a F2P. You will end up having to buy runes and we only get 10 gold a day.
I haven't found anything either :s I'm in the UK (London), maybe less likely to spawn there?!

Using a baruffios potion on ruins 1
37 rune stones
66 energy usage
620 challenge xp
18500 player xp
mainly lvl1 runestones, so challange xp can roughly double using mainly 4 & 5s

@HarryPinus it's not based on the time necessarily, it's when it's dawn or dusk in the game in your location. I'm from LA area and have gone hunting in the morning from 5:15am-6:45am (dawn hours in game for me) and also at 7:15pm-9:15pm (dusk hours) but haven't seen a single one. It seems like there's a regional aspect here although the spawning region seems to be "everywhere besides Southern California" lol
as well as time the game uses moon phase and possibly weather in combination with your level so sporn rates will change
