So often we tag @hpwulola and @HPWUrobert in the forum here to help us find answers and report issues. I often see others come up on the activity page with @hpwu before their monikers promoted to admin and such. Is there a way those of us non-prefect and non-head boy/girl can learn who else to tag so we don't overwhelm Lola and Robert? Or are you two the main screeners and public facing side of the forum?

I must say I really appreciate all that you do for us here!

Thanks!

HPWUMicah is the only other one i can think of, but he doesn't seem to be as active on the forum as he used to be. Or maybe I'm missing his comments, idk. But having more admins would be fab! I usually feel bad when i tag someone because i don't want to overwhelm any of them, but sometimes I feel like they are the best person to respond on a thread.

@Dogoutlaw agreed. And with the amount of people joining every day, especially around updates and events, I hate having to dump so much on just those three, just trying to figure out who the others would be..

Application support is a difficult problem to solve, where the cost is zero, the demand is infinite. In our case new players generally need more support tying up staff until they either become self sufficient, give up, or join a thriving community

There are ways we can help - improving FAQ, a new starters guide, create the thriving community

I'd also love to know if this changes - @hpwulola and @HPWUrobert are doing heroic work.
