New Phone Samsung Galaxy A10e

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e and for some reason, can no longer play Wizards Unite. I previously had it on a Sumsung S4 but needed a new phone. The game file transfered, and I have been playing on the new phone since the beginning of December. The only thing that wasn't working was the portmanteau. But now that there is a new update I can't play at all.

How come I can't access WU with my new phone?
