Thing is, if people are finding it hard to find friends to gift to, they are a) unlikely to be on this forum and b) very unlikely to be over level 35.

I have to ask why the level 35 rule? If you are accepting friends from afar, it makes no difference to your gameplay.

@Magpie31 because there something offline in 1 week in new player so it's very hard to gift more...
