Peculiar Portkeys and Potions Classroom?

I suddenly found both a rainbow iridescent white Peculiar Portkey and a regular Sirius Black. What are people finding out there after the Stronger United event ended but before the Christmas one? Is this something less than brilliant but still unusual? Curious what is in these portkeys...
