I am almost done with the Strong United 2 bonus assignment, and for the life of me I cannot find the flying memos. Does anyone know where we are supposed to get them at?

@Nomajqueen They come from fortress challenges like Hermione. It is a random luck thing, I went through 20+ runestones to get all the items for the page. Best of luck!
Just like @Bormacska said, it's random luck. Just make sure you're using the stronger united runestones and hopefully they'll come out of hiding for you.
