Same issue here, I have been able to enter a chamber once a few months ago and never again. It sometimes lets me select a chamber, then I get a network issue. Usually right after the Harry tutorial pops up is when I get the network issue message. Is there a fix? I’ve tried everything.
I have the same issue as well. I have only been able to play the tutorial and the second chamber. But now when I try to enter one of them again the lost connection error pops up saying I should restart the app, but it still does not work. Please help.

@HPWUrobert My nephew has the same issue (logs into fortress, sees message from Harry, clicks on chamber, gets wireless error and forced restart). Please do the fix you’ve been doing for others. Thank you!

Is anyone else having problems with the knight bus still? Every time I go and click on a wizarding challenge it causes a forced restart. I can’t do any wizarding challenges and it really sucks. Please help

I was playing normally until about half an hour ago, when I was shut out of the Fortress. When I tried to get back in, I was stuck in the Restart loop. I managed to get back into the game after two hard resets (iPhone SE), but I couldn't perform any functions. Then it went back to Restart loop. The Knight Bus logo is gone from the upper right of my screen. I tried on another device, my iPod Mini 4, but it, too, fell into the restart loop. Rebooting has not helped. I mentioned the problems on Discord, and @Kitzen suggested I post here. Since it's happening on two devices, it's not just me. What can I do, other than wait? Please help.

I have the same problem most of the time, then randomly I get in and play 1 then get kicked out again, it's very frustrating
Whether I physically travel to the nearest fortress or use the Knight Bus, the entire application crashes every time I enter a chamber. I’ve done this on WiFi and cell service both and nothing fixes it.

I am having a hard time getting on the knight bus. Every time I get on I get this error message and am told to restart. When I restart it for the same thing.
This had happened every time I try to get on.

My app works great except when trying to do a wizarding challenge. I click the “enter chamber” button and I keep getting an error. Picture attached of the error for reference. I have an Apple 11 pro max. My wife also has the same phone but doesn’t get the error.

I'm having this same issue. I could do challenges without issue the first two times I played but since yesterday I get an error message (An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again.) every single time and have to restart the game.

I have been having a problem when attempting to select a chamber. I was only able to do this when I had first installed the app. I had an issue midst battle once and since have never been able to complete any daily task nor events.
I have tried WiFi, data, clearing cache, resintalling app, force shut
down and restart, I really do not know what to do.

I have the exact same issue with the tutorial text coming up every time I enter a fortress (using the Knight Bus or physically going to one) and then once clicking on a chamber receiving this error:
Tried on both wifi and mobile data with no difference.
