Yeah. That is really a bit annoying. I ran out at 13:00 hoping to at least manage some of it: and the event was gone. All the announcements said 11:00 - 14:00 local time, but due to daylight savings it apparently started at 10:00 and ended at 13:00....
i saw on the forum that they reactivated it and went to the next fortress and the event ran out while i was inside the last chamber, also couldnt collect the final rewards :(

I have the same issue. I just finished Forest Chamber V successfully and I wasn't able to collect my final reward.

.... aaand then it got reactivated, so I ran out with 10 minutes to spare, hoping we'd get some extra time, but no. Ended at 14:00 10 minutes later.
