Not being a game coder, my only guess is they ran into trouble getting it to work properly depending if someone downloaded all vs essential assets. So many people were struggling with the download sizes, so they wanted to accommodate that need with the essential download, but couldn’t get the red dot to work. Only a guess!! But yeah, I wish it would return. This is the one red dot I would never want to lose.
@Dogoutlaw Even if, on a coding point of view, they couldn't bring the red dot because of the new Essential Assets download feature, the problem could be solved by what they still struggle to achieve, in-app communication.

Never understood why that one in particular was removed! We’ve been begging for every other red dot BUT THAT ONE to be fixed and removed.
