I keep seeing a reward that I haven’t a clue about. It looks like a business card. Is there a list of the rewards with descriptions and sources?

As far as a list, I tried looking for that too, and you can find some lists on other HPWU centered websites.
Open your ministry ID card and under your name you get three "titles". If you click on the feather (and probably a red dot) you should get a whole long list of both available and yet to choose (depending upon your achievements) titles. The title for this event was "conqueror of confoundables". These are the "business cards" you are asking about! 🙂
And my list went to moderation 🤔🙄

I did try to observe what the card was for and didn’t see any connection. I’ll try again, hopefully a little I’ll see the clue I missed.
