And vanishing is what is happening to the App on my phone. It has been so nice for the last week to see my battery lasting more than just a few hours. And all it took to achieve that was not touching HPWU.
Still no Adventure Sync, not even the Fortress timer by-pass. Halloween has gone, it was incredibly disappointing, apart from the hype build-up, which was impressive. Doubly impressive considering how little decent or efficient communication has been offered by Niantic.
I probably won't miss it much. Like the 1134 fire-breathing chickens, or 1261 Pixies encountered, 474 Flobberworms that sometimes even Masterful casts can't free from that bubble, more hundreds of "gnomes" (Which no-one should need magic to get rid of, Niantic, Read The Books.)... Yay for variety. I'm sick of all of those, and the trolls too. Meanwhile, I've seen Tom Riddle and Pickett only once. That's balance for you. Balance. Like when a mutated pixie does more damage than a basilisk. Again, on par with the "plot".
So... yeah. Blah, blah, blah... no more playing for me, joining the "2+ Days Ago" people on the useless Friends list. I'll need to find a better thing to get me walking.

I'm sorry you stopped enjoying the game. Making a post to announce your departure seems an odd choice, but in the long run if something doesn't bring you Joy then there's no point in doing it.
