farming vital ingredients from brilliant 3k portkeys

i don’t know to a certainty that the brilliant 3k portkeys are loaded with vital ingredients ( powdered dragon claw - PDC ; unicorn hair - UH ; hermit crab shell - HCS ; erumpent horn - EH ; leaping toadstools - LT ) more than regular 10k/5k/2k portkeys, but it sure seems that way.
and on a vital ingredients yield per km basis, i think there is more bang for the buck in the brilliant 3k portkeys.
anyone else here have the same (or a different) experience/belief ??

That's a great haul of rare ingredients. Sadly I found the opposite. With BBE going I opened 7 portkeys.
So 3 were my last brilliant portkeys. I'm in desperate need of unicorn hair. Was hoping for a much better payload. "But alas earwax"-Albus Dumbledore.
The good is I got some need fragments and the XP was great.

Currently I have 2-10km, 3-5km, and 3-2km in inventory. Silver keys in the 10kms, gold key in a 2km others wating for gold key. Hoping for PDC and UH.
opened a 10k portkey (honeydukes)
all 5 wrackspurts that i tapped returned wizarding xp but sadly no ingredients - on the plus side, the fragment was the weasley flying car
That's get XP! And the Weasley car is really rare. But I understand the frustrations when you're in need of portkey only ingredients.

my secret stash - i have three 1k dragon egg portkeys left that i keep for emergency; they had the most bang for the buck, and some spell energy too!!
Good strategy. I admire the willpower
I'm wouldn't be ableb to save them! I have 3 ready to open. Keys in a 10km and a 2km. My portkey vault is always full, and I'm always walking something. I open when I have time on BBE or I have 6 or 7 ready.
I also did very well with the brilliant portkeys. Especially erumpent horns. Generally, 80% of the portmanteaus I find are 2km. This use to annoy me until like you, I realized I’m getting more for the effort overall with the shorter distance. I hope we never see those 7km brilliant portmanteaus again; that was brutal. 3km is a nice distance and allows for some reasonable farming.
