Seems like to me the main way to upgrade your capabilities is through the scrolls and books. What is the most effective way you have found to collect them?

Daily Challenge rewards are a good source for scrolls, so worth doing - I think it's 2 for brewing a potion and 2 for drinking one (I've already completed mine for the day so can't check to be sure). You can do that without leaving the house as long as you have the ingredients. Just make sure to check the challenge page before brewing or drinking the potion or it won't count (potions are counted when you click on them to collect them from where they float above the cauldron when finished, not from when they actually finish brewing).

Wizarding Challenges (at Fortresses) seem to be the only way to get books.

Brilliant eventa are the only way to get the restricted section black books for higher tier lessons. One starts in 3 hours.

    Scrolls:

    complete daily quests (4 scrolls/day)

lvlup registry pages by Foundables, portkeys, runestones

complete achievements (400 foes defeated, challendges completed)

    Books:

complete wizarding challenges, achievements (elite foes, strategic spells)

Try to prestige ur pages. Farm 1sr section books on the 1st floor, 2nd section on the 3rd, last books section will drop more often in the fifth floor.

    RSB:

brilliant events. if there is no difference with beta u can farm max 15 RSB in one event. So first think where you want to spend them, and only then upgrade skills

PS: if you are lacking quite a bit of experience for a new level of Family, you can go through the first floor of the challenge with a stone of the desired family type a couple of times. the easiest way to finish the necessary experience

I have 899 scrolls. I have done all of the Brilliant events. I couldn't go to Indianapolis. I'm **** 2-4 books per day in the Fortresses.

It's going to be a long haul to finish up the first set of Auror lessons.

the brilliant events, when they happen, are the best way to get scrolls. hit them hard, they give 5 per rank up of the event page.

else you get 4 every rank of any of the regular (non-challenge) registry pages.

best advice for scrolls - return all the things. jump in to every trace you see on the map and try to return it.

Sorry I’m new to most of this. What do you mean farm the 1st section books, etc? No matter what floor I do in battles, I only get two books

@Centerstagedva at the bottom of your registry click on "challenges". You will see a bunch of registry pages of different types of items that you can get as a reward when you beat a wizarding challenge. "1st section books" refers to the first page of the books section, which you get as rewards for doing the first few ruins levels in a challenge.
