I am glad that I am not the only one that theorizes this. There have been several implications that I have observed that make me think that Constance. Personally, I think she framed Grim. I understand that it's a game and it requires a guide but she always comes off as knowing more than she should.
I think she Imperiused Grim (or at least a False Memory Charm) into doing all this cover her tracks . Is she a Death Eater, I don't think so. Those letters we had to collect for the Ministry seem to indicate that Grim, morally, is incapable of this. If Grim was TRULY behind this; WHY would he encourage the Ministry keep the investigation open? And then there is that encrypted/coded message...
