Just stumbled across this post - I had a fantastic day last week en route home from work I got a quidditch Ron, whomping willow, Tom riddle and goblet of fire i was so chuffed 🥳.
@HKR84 I have only seen one or two other dragons since the dragon day. I get loads of horned serpents in this area though, so I automatically assumed it would be a nice, easy serpent. Dragons are beautiful but really tricky to take down!
@Magpie31 i was out of the country for the day of dragons and didn’t get to play so I have a gaping hole on those pages 😓 definitely agree with the horned serpents love seeing that red column on the oddity foundable an easy 500xp 🥳
My apartment is usually a foundable deadspot. I never get foundables here and I have only ever seen Percival Graves once before. Then all of a sudden, he decided to pop in for a visit. The MACUSA agent was not invited.
(Anyone know how I can rearrange the pictures once I’ve uploaded them? Or delete them for that matter?)
@LeFayeofAlbion - was that the Percival Graves version, or the Alexander version, of Colin Farrell that visited ? 😉
no way to delete or move photo once inserted in place, as far as i know (and i have tried)
best i can suggest is to upload your multiple photos one at a time, with cursor at location for photo within your post
and always have extra carriage-returns (lines) available at bottom & top of your post so you have room to maneuver the cursor
if you have not hit “submit” / “post comment” yet on your post, you can start over by waiting until your draft is auto-saved by the forum, then leave the post (or close your webpage or tab), and then find your “my drafts” on this forum. find the draft that you do not want and tap X to delete the draft. then start over.
I've had a couple of emergency threats this morning, including Harry himself. I am surprised, because this makes at least five emergencies (not including Horned Serpents, which are fairly common) this week.
I did my usual walk for the first time since I broke my foot. Not easy, but glad I did it. I now need to walk home, which is another 1.5k or so. While camped out at the coffee shop, I loaded up some dark detectors and saw my first veil! A good day today!
it cost 3 dawdles, two strongs (not enough), and 1/5 of a potent (which i should have started with), but now a day later, i’m glad ... easier to replace the potions than find another rare spawn in the wild.
I have yet to find Fluffy (I’m assuming that’s what the foundable is based on the image in the directory). I’ve only been able to place 2 fragments of the Pickett and I’ve placed one of the Sorting Hat (is that one found through fortresses?).
On another subject, I’ve only received one level 6 runestone. Everything else is 5 and under. Any tips on getting higher level runestones? What’s the highest you all have seen?
@TotalDomination - i did not even know about level 6 for runestones; level 5 has been the max available as far as i know, unless it was something beta players had during beta testing gameplay. sorting hat is supposed to be available in certain portkeys (see infographic) as well as traces in the wild , but just super rare
We've had some epic few days here. Hubby and I usually meet up with friends for breakfast on the weekends. Two of them play, and another is a Pogo player we're trying to convert... lol. The place we go has two inns right next to it, so we generally stack those up with DD's and have fun. Some weekends, it's quiet with not as many traces and barely any beams of any color. And then other weekends, it's ridiculous with all the rare traces. Last weekend, and Wednesday as well, was the latter. These pics don't even represent all of them, and are probably all out of order, but you get the gist.
Just crazy! I told hubby we'll probably not see a red or orange beam for weeks to make up for all this good fortune!
@Dogoutlaw - what a haul! congratulations, and thank you for reminding/inspiring me to dust of my dark detectors and put them to use! do you stay put at the inn with dark detectors running, or walk around a bit while staying within the area covered by the dark detectors ?

I got a Chinese Fireball yesterday when I expected a horned serpent. I also saw a Dumbledore portrait, though it disappeared on me.
got myself another brain of tanks and Hermione's time turner.
Not a rare foundable, but was very surprised in a drive by fortress run (as a passenger!) to get this elite in ruins 1!
😅, the last elite I came across was a five * Acromantula that wanted all my healing potions, so a one shot elite was cute.

wish they placed more high foundables out it seems to been once in a blue moon I get something I need or have a rare day where I get a few.

via 5km portkey (ollivander’s wamd shop) today, because its spawn rate as a trace in the wild is ridiculously low
