@Owlx this year is iceland and Scotland /Ireland for me, but if I manage to head towards Ohio or Detroit (relatives) I will see if I can stop over in Minneapolis!

And speaking of Owl & your hauls, I am sooo envious of your group & the meet ups, esp on CD with those DDs going! How far is Minneapolis from Cleveland again?! I gotta make that work into my journey home somehow!!

oooh ive an idea forming now of increasing my trip to 10 days, then i can do a couple of drives over 4 of the days making my way to the airport! So Cleveland first with the crew there & then drop by to others- il get on a map & see where is halfway along between places & then see who fancies letting me crash at theirs & do some battling as i make my way home 😀 - at the fortress of course- fisticuffs would be a very rude way to treat ones host!!
da missus (mbs808) and i were unsuccessful today during CD in trying to get Grawp by lighting up a cluster of three inns with max dark detectors, but there were some nice pick-ups just the same.

alas, the one that got away ... Sorting Hat. My wife and I each saw a orange-plumed Hogwarts9.75 spinning thing-a-ma-bob. She clicked on it, found the Sorting Hat, and got it on the first go without any potions. I foolishly decided to first load up on spell energy from the 3 inns, figuring the orange-plumed trace would still be there after I exited the last inn. It was gone as soon as I exited the first inn, and never came back. arrrrrrgh!

MSP airport could be a connection with a long time between flights. Mall of America is 1 train from airport!
@AuroraKadavra if you're driving all over the USA anyways, Massachusetts is only 9 hours drive from Cleveland lol.
