Allow your support people to edit/change/modify

I have asked for several locations (inns/fortresses/greenhouses) to be changed from one type to another type for very good reasons and all I get are excuses that the support people have no access to make those changes?!?!? . So ya, give them access already!!! They even told me once to go play pokemon and suggest it through there...argh.
