Where will we get the Brilliant Runestones for the October events? Any ideas? Will foundables drop them?

    Just like other family runestones, from brilliant event family trunks.

    Once they release the brilliant frames for this event, brilliant runestones will be had by ranking up those brilliant frames. Check 'Suitcase/Registry/Events' for the frames you'll be ranking up. May this event bring joy and happiness to wizards everywhere.
