App connection error on ios
Hi guys and gals.
Something strange is going on w my game.. when i start app only developers logos load and error box pops up saying theres connection problems. Reset.
My internet connection is a OK other apps work well, ive got latest HPWU and ios updates, gps works fine and So this started happening suddenly, in the end i cannot run the game at all 😩
ive tried reseting my phone reinstalling the app and nothing...
can anyone help me w this ?

I’m having the same issue! Can’t start the game :(
I started having that issue about 3 hours ago. I can’t even log in to open a Support ticket. Hopefully they fix it soon.
I had it happen when I tried to open the game earlier. It threw the error and the game restarted, then it was fine. I think it was during the first or second brilliant event that I couldn’t get the game to load at all for a solid 20 or 30 minutes. I think sometimes if an error occurs right when updates are trying to load on startup, the app has a hard time recovering. It’s not cool, but I don’t think there’s much that can be done other than hard-close the app, wait a minute, then try again. Eventually, it should load properly.
There is a Known Issue thread about this. They are working on it.

Is everyone having the same issue of logging on via Facebook? It states app is not setup and is under development. I’ve been trying for 2 hours deleting and reinstalling my app. It tells me to switch to registered user or ask admin for access. I’m not even the developer! Moderator pls help.
We have some problem login on HPWU on this time! So fixed up ASAP before BE was started. @hpwulola @HPWUblue

Same problem here, trying to login but FB says 'the app is under development, ask the developer for permission' bla bla
Same issue. Says under devel and no permission. I saw in other threads they recommended deleting the FB app which I don't even have but I tried deleting messenger and restarting and reinstalling the game and still no luck :(
We are investigating the login issues with Facebook and hope to have a resolution soon.
The brilliant event is only semi started. No brilliant traces but opening conversation occurred.

My account can’t login. Says wireless connection errors though I’ve got pretty good wireless network now. My user name is DK910. Please fix this for me!
The whole game is whac*k right now. @hpwulola Is there any update on 2.19 (which was suspected to be causing the issues), fixes for the Brilliant Event issues, or general updates? Anything would be appreciated, my game is a hot mess!
