is family preordained for portkey reward ?

wondering whether a given portkey is already tied to a specific exploration family (or just challenge xp instead of exploration family xp & foundable), no matter which wrackspurt you tap

i suspect answer is yes, if you are supposed to get the same rewards for tapping just one wrackspurt and then exiting as you would get for staying and tapping all five wrackspurts

and if so, i wonder if there is an even versus weighted distribution of portkeys across the specific exploration families (or just challenge xp)
