scenario:
2 player fortress battle - one player gets exploration foundable but other player does not
even though each player uses exact same family and level of runestone and defeat equal number of foes in the same challenge together
how is this “just part of the game” ?!

The Family determines the Registry reward you may receive. For example, you may collect a Hogwarts School collectible reward if you use a Hogwarts School Runestone. Note that you are not always guaranteed a Registry reward.

Each person has a chance of getting a foundable. The chances are independent of each other. The fact that both chose the same runestone has no bearing. In this case one of you got lucky and the other didn't.
i wish that weren’t the case. I wish we’d always get an exploration foundable.
