after max rank 65, do we still get runestone + scrolls every 100 family xp ?

just hit maximum family rank of 65 for oddities page this morning
once i hit 100/100, i understand that rank will not go up to 66, but will i still receive a family runestone plus usual 4 scrolls every time i reach/pass 100 family xp for that family in the registry?

Yes, it acts the same, just not higher rank.

and received the usual 4 scrolls and oddity runestone today when family xp crossed 100/100 and started over at 02/100 following erkling trace, while rank just stays at 65*

curious why game developer would stop rank counter at 65 ... what purpose does it serve, other than frustrate OCD sufferers ?
@kiheikid my guess would be that the next lesson plans will require more scrolls and books. They stopped us here to prevent rolling over so in the future the can increase the rewards at this point to maintain balance for the next lesson plan.
