One of the admins posted a link to a specific article at the support site. I found the support site to be illuminating as it is easier for me to see what the known issues are and some indication of status. Some people may find it helpful to check out this site first if they are having an issue.

@JulieJubz thanks! I hope others find it as helpful as I have. I'm not sure why information is so spread out. Hopefully in the future communication will be consistent across platforms.
