Organize the areas in the lounge by challenge floors. Give out marathon-style tags for participants to wear that advertise profession. Bonus XP, event staffed head-to-head team competitions for prizes/badges. Lots of great directions this idea could go.

I've been arguing this should be how local communities do community days.
October 26th is the Saturday before Halloween but November 11th is Veteran's Day so that's a 3 day weekend.
