How can I use the AR+? not just AR

Hello everyone! So I've been using a Galaxy J7 2017 and even though my phone is fully compatible with the game, I can't find a way to use AR+ (not just AR). The first time I downloaded the game and checked the settings, the AR+ button was there but I couldn't use it, the game suggested me to download the AR core from Play Store and so I did. After downloading it, the AR+ button vanishes completely. Any ideas???
