I have not seen the above written coded notes (yet), but another was just brought to my attention. It is in my registry in Chapter 1 of the Mysteries tab. I found all 5 fragments of Grim Fawley's Journal. If memory recalls I did not start finding them until I had an SOS task to do so... I am now a level 16 Rank 5 Magizoologist.
That being said, page 5/5 of that journal is another coded message - no idea on the book for the solution to solve the codes, but I was guessing that all the sets of numbers referred to page number, line number, and word on that line.
